Return Eligibility
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- All items must be in New Condition with original factory seals intact.
- You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Original UN-rated hazardous material packaging must be used for all shipments.
Refunds & Processing
- Return Shipping: Free return shipping labels are included in the package or provided upon request.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns are at No Cost to the customer.
- Processing Time: Once received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days.
Exchange Options
- Direct product exchanges are available for all new/unused items.
- Exchanges can be completed by mail or in-person at our Magnolia, TX location.
- We provide free shipping on all exchange replacements.
HAZMAT Safety
Legal Requirement: Used or "tapped" cylinders cannot be returned by law. All returns must utilize DOT-authorized carriers and specialized UN-specification packaging.
